To reclaim an impounded vehicle from one of our tow lots, you must bring the following items:

• Cash ONLY to pay the towing and storage fees.
• Vehicle title or current and valid registration (can be retrieved from the vehicle if necessary).  If the vehicle was purchased more than 30 days ago and the title/registration is not yet completed, the vehicle will not be released.  The new owner must register it at the DMV first and bring in the new paperwork.
• Valid photo ID: a current state issued driver’s license or ID, current federally issued military identification, current passport.
• To retrieve a vehicle on behalf of the owner, you must have a signed and notarized Letter of Authorization (download below) authorizing you to pick up the vehicle, in addition to the above requirements. The notarized letter must identify the vehicle by make, model, year and VIN. 
• No one under the age of 18 is allowed unaccompanied on the lot.  Anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult with them while in the lobby or on the lot while looking at their vehicle.
